As John Lennon said:<\/p> So this is Christmas It is so easy to be down in the dumps right now. The state of the country. The holidays, with the family pressures, the lost loved ones, the overextending we do to ourselves to accomplish all the things we want to do. I just want to remind you to take time for yourself. Light that candle and sit by the window, watching the world. Wrap up in that blanket and watch your favorite movie or show. Take a few hours for some at home spa treatments. Cuddle with your pets or pillows or stuffed animals. Or another human, if you want. Take some time to read, write, reflect, plan. Sing, dance, walk, run, spend time doing what you love doing just because you love doing it. All this helps reset your mind and your body to enable you to be more productive, if you’d like. And maybe it just helps you feel better, which is its own reward.
