Found out they don&#8217;t cover it and the pharmacy wants $110 dollars. I ask them to hold it for me, in hopes that it&#8217;s some kind of misunderstanding with the insurance company, and make my way towards home to give them a call. After speaking with two people at the insurance company, I found out that they couldn&#8217;t tell me why my drug is not covered. The only info they have is that it&#8217;s not covered &#8220;because my plan doesn&#8217;t cover it&#8221;. Elaine and Damon at United Health Care were very unhelpful. But Damon does tell me to call my benefits office to find out why it&#8217;s not covered.<\/p>\n<p>I call the benefits department and find out that they have just decided not to cover certain drugs. In addition to the one I need, they don&#8217;t cover <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_0\">pre<\/span>-natal vitamins or <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_1\">Nexium<\/span>.
