Think I’ve figured out why I haven’t enjoyed using the gym so much. I haven’t been swimming. So, now I’ve swum 1000 yards three times and I’m oh so happy. It feels so good. I’m beginning to think I need to up the ante already, but I am unsure about how much. I used Swimplan.com to come up with a workout, because I can’t do it on my own. They make it pretty easy. All you have to do is punch in what you want and they’ll figure it out for you. Of course, they measure everything in meters (metres) and we’ve got yards, but that’s okay.

I’m even getting motivated to lift weights again. Hopefully this will all help me lose some weight. Forty pounds to go – here goes!
